Strive for gender balance and value staff equally

  • Promote gender balance in juries, committees, commissions, councils, etc.
  • Support the return of staff after parental leave
  • Facilitate the reconciliation of family and professional life
  • Pursue the gender equality policy for awards and distinctions for work and careers

Motivating female high school and university students to take up scientific studies

  • Supporte the scientific and technological vocation of female students
  • Encourage female high school students to opt for scientific careers, in particular through the Girls and maths "L’équation lumineuse" action
  • Encourage female students to pursue a PhD and a career in science
  • Promote studies and training on gender and gender equality issues by collaborating with and drawing on the expertise of the University of Rennes 2 (which organises "Les mardis de l'égalité")
