With about 60,000 students and 4,000 researchers, the city of Rennes plays a key role in the economic development of the region in terms of employment, skills, research and technology. The Human Resources department
The Human Resources department (DRH, Direction des ressources humaines) is in charge of implementing the personnel policy designed by the management of the University, accordingly with the guidelines set in the institution's work plan.
The DRH manages employment, pay and training for all the teaching, research and BIATOSS (library, engineering, administrative, technical, working, service and health employees) staff of the University, be they regular or contract civil servants.
